Terms & Conditions

Fundraising Engraving UK · UK Engraving Ltd · Company no. 11908099

These terms apply to orders placed through our website. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

1. Personalised products

Our engraved products are made or personalised to your instructions. Please check all names, wording, dates, spelling, punctuation, colours, fonts, symbols and other selections carefully before submitting your order. We will produce the item using the information supplied or approved by you.

2. Previews

Online previews are intended to help you visualise your order. Screen colours, proportions and the appearance of engraving may vary slightly from the finished physical product. Natural materials and manufactured batches can also have reasonable variations in colour, texture and finish.

3. Symbols and uploaded artwork

If you upload your own logo, symbol or artwork, it must be artwork you have permission to use. We will check whether it is suitable for engraving. We may need to adapt or simplify the artwork to make it suitable for engraving and may contact you for approval or replacement artwork before production.

4. Production and dispatch

Standard personalised orders are made to order and are normally dispatched within 7 working days after we have received the order and any required artwork or approval. This is our standard dispatch timescale and is not a guaranteed delivery date, as delivery time after dispatch depends on the carrier. Bulk orders, and larger club or organisation orders, may take longer; where this applies, the expected production and dispatch timescale will be confirmed with you.

5. Delivery

Delivery charges are shown or agreed before an order is completed. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the delivery service used and destination. If an unexpected delay affects your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it. Where a different delivery period has not been agreed, applicable consumer law requires delivery without undue delay and within the statutory period.

6. Personalised orders, cancellations and returns

Because goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised are generally excluded from the standard change-of-mind cancellation right for distance sales, we may be unable to accept a cancellation or return once personalised production has begun. Please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to change or cancel an order and, where reasonably possible, we will try to help.

This does not affect your legal rights if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

7. Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your order arrives broken or has visible transit damage, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery where reasonably possible, and keep the item and packaging. Please provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging where possible so we can investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue quickly.

The 24-hour reporting request helps us deal with transit-damage claims promptly and does not affect your statutory consumer rights. If an item is faulty, incorrect, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, an appropriate remedy may include replacement, repair or refund.

8. Customer-supplied information

We are not responsible for spelling, dates or other content that has been supplied or approved incorrectly by the customer, unless the finished product differs from the information that was actually submitted or agreed with us.

9. Prices and postage

Prices and applicable delivery charges will be displayed on the website or confirmed as part of a quotation for larger orders. Postage for brick slips and both sizes of porcelain tiles is charged per order, using the combined number of items: 1–10 items £6.95; 11–20 items £12.95; 21–30 items £19.95; 31–40 items £29.95; 41–50 items £39.95; 51 or more items £100.00 for pallet delivery. Delivery for other product combinations is quoted separately before the order is confirmed.

10. Club, charity and organisation projects

Bulk and fundraising projects may involve an agreed quotation, specification, artwork approval, production schedule and delivery arrangement. Any project-specific terms agreed with you will form part of the order alongside these general terms.

11. Your legal rights

We do not exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded, including your statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.

12. Contact us
